It’s the kind of lifestyle that I strive for. I believe that balance in life is a big key to it all. Everything that you do matters and its not about being good or bad its about becoming aware and a more conscious human being. Your thoughts and actions makes a difference, so choose them wisely.

Yogi Bhajan (1929-2004) was a master of Kundalini Yoga and meditation at 16 years old. He was born in the part of India that became Pakistan in 1948. He

came to the west in 1968 to share the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. He traveled around the world to share his teachings. Still today we can learn from him through his teachings and guidance.
